The platform for running a tattoo studio
Enquiries, bookings, deposits, consent forms and every client's history in one place — on a page that carries your studio's name, not ours. AI design generation is built in too, guided by your own portfolio.

Features
The calendar, the client list and the admin — plus AI design when you want it.
Enquiries become bookings on a calendar you control. Session types, durations and deposits set once, then applied to every booking that comes in.
We tell the client what to pay and where, record it against the booking, and chase them if it hasn't arrived by your deadline. You get paid directly — we never touch the money.
Confirmations, consent forms, reminders, aftercare and review requests all go out with your name on them — and every client's full history sits in one place. See the whole journey below.
Your name, your colours, your portfolio, on your own URL. Clients never land in a marketplace full of other artists — they land in your studio.
Clients describe an idea in a few words and see it drawn in your studio's style, guided by your portfolio rather than a generic template. Nothing becomes a booking until you've reviewed it.
Turn any approved design into a clean, transfer-ready stencil in one click — no extra software, no manual tracing.
How It Works
Your client’s whole journey, on your branded page.
A client finds your page, describes what they want, and — if you've turned it on — sees it generated in your studio's style.
You look at what they've sent and say yes, needs changes, or “I'll draw this one myself” — with your design fee attached. Nothing moves without you.
It becomes a booking on your calendar with the deposit recorded against it. If it hasn't landed by your deadline, we chase — and you get a stencil-ready design when you need it.
The Client Journey
This is the part studios don’t expect. A booking isn’t a calendar entry — it’s eight weeks of contact with your name on every message.
Session type, artist, date and time — on your page, in your branding, without an account if they'd rather not make one.
The confirmation email carries the deposit amount, your account details and their own payment reference. They also get a booking page they can come back to, with copy buttons on all of it.
A real back-and-forth attached to the booking — they send references and ideas, you answer, and it all stays in one thread instead of scattered across DMs.
A guided eight-step brief walks them through story, style, size and their hard nos. Or they generate designs in your studio's style and send you the ones they like.
Placement gets picked on a body diagram rather than typed into a box, and their existing tattoos live on the same map — so you can see what you're working around before they sit down.
Medical history and a signature, done on their phone from a link. You counter-sign with the agreed price. Nothing printed, nothing lost, and the health answers are deleted a day later.
Two days out and again the day before — by email, WhatsApp or in-app, whichever you've switched on.
You send aftercare when the session's done. Three days later we ask them for a review, and once more a week on if they haven't left one.
Studio Style DNA
We look at each piece you upload and describe it — line weight, shading technique, composition, palette, the subjects you actually tattoo — then combine those into one description of your studio’s style and hand it to the AI as a hard constraint. The more of your work you upload, the more precisely we can describe it.
Four short steps. Nothing to install.

FAQ
No. Setup is four short steps: name your studio, optionally point us at your existing website so we can pull your details across, pick the styles you work in, and set your AI assistant's tone. You'll have a live studio page at the end of it. Uploading your portfolio comes afterwards, in your settings, whenever you've got the photos to hand.
Frewstar Studio includes its own booking calendar, with session types, deposit tracking and no-show risk scoring. If you'd rather keep the system you've got, you can point bookings at it instead — clients still use Frewstar Studio for the enquiry and design side and book through your existing flow.
You get paid directly — we never touch the money and take no commission. You set your deposit and design fee once; we show each client what to pay and how to pay it, record it against their booking, and chase them if it hasn't arrived by your deadline. When it lands in your account, you mark it received. Taking card payments inside the platform is on the roadmap and isn't built yet.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and client information belongs to your studio. We never sell it and never share it with other studios — your clients, your designs and your style profile stay yours. Generating a design does mean sending the prompt and any reference image to the AI providers we use, Google, Replicate and Anthropic, because that is what produces the image; they process it on our behalf, and nothing you upload is used to train models for anyone else.
It's guided by your portfolio rather than trained on it, and the difference is worth knowing. We look at each piece you upload and describe it — line weight, shading technique, composition, palette, the subjects you actually tattoo — then combine those into a single description of your studio's style and hand it to the image model as a hard constraint on every generation. The more of your work you upload, the more precisely we can describe it. It gets close to your look; it isn't a copy of your hand, and nothing a client generates becomes a booking until you've reviewed it.
Each studio has a monthly generation allowance shared across everyone using your page, and your dashboard shows how much of it is left. Someone browsing your page without an account gets four generations a day before they're asked to sign up, which keeps a curious visitor from spending your allowance.
